How and when do I get paid?+
Referral commission is paid after your client's loan settles, in line with your partner agreement. Nothing is payable before settlement.
How much is the commission?+
As a guide, partners earn around $1,000 per settled loan (indicative). Your exact rate is set out in your partner agreement when you're onboarded, and is paid on settlement, net of any lender clawback and exclusive of GST.
Do I need a credit licence?+
No. You simply introduce the client to us — you don't give credit advice or arrange the loan. OCTO Finance Group is the Australian Credit Licence holder and provides all credit assistance. Your referral fee is disclosed to the client as required.
Does it cost anything to join?+
No — joining is free, with no fees or lock-in. You simply enter into a partner agreement with us.
What do I have to do?+
Just make the introduction. Our brokers handle the entire loan process and keep you updated on your client's progress.
How do I track my referrals?+
Once approved, you get a partner portal login to track each referred client from referral through to settlement.
